Designed for seamless integration, the Sub RCC subwoofer installs in walls and ceilings, either in standard 2×4 stud-bays before construction or on the surface afterward using the supplied adapter kit.

The Sub RCC uses Reactance Cancelling Configuration (RCC) technology, a feature derived from Dynaudio’s professional studio subwoofers. This innovative technology involves two drivers working in opposition to each other to cancel out vibration in the speaker and the surrounding wall or ceiling, ensuring distortion-free performance.

Seamless Installation and Versatility

Designed with versatility in mind, the Sub RCC comes housed in a special aluminium enclosure that simplifies installation. It includes brackets for both surface-mount and between-stud configurations, eliminating the need for second-guessing project details. Whether you’re installing before construction or retrofitting, the Sub RCC has you covered.

Customizable Grilles for a Perfect Finish

To match any installation, the Sub RCC includes two magnetic grilles for both retro-fit and pre-fit scenarios. These grilles can also be painted, ensuring a seamless and discreet integration into your space.

Expertly Tuned Amplification

For amplification, Dynaudio has partnered with AudioControl in the US to bring you the RS 500 DSP-controlled unit. This amplifier is precisely matched and tuned out of the box for the Sub RCC with Dynaudio EQs and limiters, ensuring optimal sound performance. If needed, installers can also tweak the unit’s graphic EQ for fine-tuning. For even greater flexibility, each amplifier can power two Sub RCC units, making it perfect for larger installations.
