The NAD CI SA2-120 BluOS Streaming Amplifier combines powerful amplification and high-resolution music streaming in one compact unit. Designed for custom installation systems, it delivers reliable performance while helping simplify setup and reduce equipment needs. In addition, its compact size makes it ideal for projects where space is limited.
The CI SA2-120 provides up to 240 watts of continuous power into 8 ohms. It can work as a powerful two-channel amplifier with 120 watts per channel or as a four-channel amplifier with 60 watts per channel. As a result, installers can easily adapt the amplifier to different room layouts and system needs.
Amplification and streaming in one device
The CI SA2-120 combines streaming and amplification into a single product. Therefore, there is no need for separate amplifiers and streamers in each zone. This approach saves rack space, reduces wiring, and speeds up installation. At the same time, it delivers the strong and detailed sound quality expected from NAD.
BluOS multi-room streaming
Built on the BluOS platform, the CI SA2-120 provides access to more than 20 streaming services, internet radio, and local music libraries. In addition, users can control music through the BluOS app or integrate the system with automation platforms. Zones can also work independently or play together as part of a larger multi-room setup.
Efficient DirectDigital™ amplification
NAD’s DirectDigital™ amplification technology delivers clean sound with low noise and low distortion. Because of its efficient design, the amplifier creates less heat while maintaining strong performance. As a result, the CI SA2-120 works reliably even in compact installations or enclosed spaces.
Flexible setup options
The CI SA2-120 is designed for both rack mounting and hidden installations. For example, it can be placed in cabinets, media units, or behind a TV. In addition, it supports Ethernet or Wi-Fi networking, HDMI eARC for TV audio, and Bluetooth for wireless playback. Therefore, it fits easily into both dedicated media rooms and larger distributed audio systems.
Designed for long-term reliability
To support stable performance, the amplifier uses thermostatic fan cooling with front-to-rear airflow. This helps maintain safe temperatures, especially when several units are stacked together. Furthermore, Dynamic Power Management automatically adjusts power output for the best balance between efficiency and performance.
