Revolutionary New Streaming Platform

Uniti Nova is powered by a completely new and highly advanced streaming board, offering exceptional power and versatility. This new platform is more powerful than its predecessor, with vast memory and seamless integration with other network-connected Naim systems, including the Mu-so wireless music system.

Class A/B Amplification

At the heart of the Uniti Nova lies an 80-watt amplifier with technology derived from the renowned NAIT integrated amplifier. The filter sections are made using the highest-quality through-hole film capacitors and discrete transistors. The power amplifier is twice as fast, powered by linear supplies and substantial transformers, and features premium Burr Brown DACs, delivering Naim’s iconic pace, rhythm, and timing.

A Closer Look at Uniti’s Digital Brain

The Uniti Nova features an incredibly powerful fourth-generation 40-bit SHARC DSP processor. This processor eliminates jitter (timing errors) and oversamples the audio 16 times, using Naim’s RAM buffer to feed the premium Burr Brown DACs. The result is an incredibly smooth and accurate sonic performance.

State-of-the-art Wi-Fi

Uniti Nova is equipped with the latest Wi-Fi technology, supporting both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. It features enhanced internal memory and buffering, allowing it to store up to five minutes’ worth of data to reduce dropouts. The unique design incorporates Wi-Fi aerials inside the heat sink for optimal connectivity without the need for external antennas.

Local Storage

You can plug an external USB drive or SD card into the Uniti Nova to store up to 20,000 tracks. The Uniti Nova can also serve music to up to four network-connected players in a multiroom system, ensuring a seamless listening experience across multiple rooms.

Control Your Way

The updated Naim app provides intuitive control over individual or multiple Uniti products. You can access all your music, including favorite radio stations, streaming services, and playlists. The app also supports wireless updates and lets you control both Naim streaming products and hard-disk servers.

Glass Display and Intuitive Remote Control

Uniti Nova features a vibrant 5-inch LCD glass display, which activates with proximity sensors, showing relevant information like album artwork, input data, and more. The included bidirectional remote control complements the volume control, allowing you full control with ease and convenience.

Uniti System: Expand Your Listening

Uniti Nova is part of a system designed for expansion. You can connect up to six Uniti systems or other Naim streamers, allowing you to play music in multiple rooms or different music in each room simultaneously. This feature will be available in an upcoming software update.

The Uniti Nova features an audiophile-grade discrete volume control that adjusts levels in the analogue domain to a premium digital resolution. Its ultra-smooth rotation, inspired by Naim’s Statement amplifier, ensures a flawless user experience.

Give Your Music Some Colour

Uniti Nova features a polished 5-inch full-color LCD display that brings album artwork and music metadata to life. The proximity sensors cause the display to light up as you approach, showing essential details such as audio input information and track details.

Upgradeable Performance

Uniti Nova offers a path to enhanced performance through external power amplifiers and the addition of a subwoofer for deeper bass. For those with extensive CD collections, you can also add a Uniti Core music server to store and stream thousands of albums, while backing up your entire music library.
