Phasemation PP-Mono Cartridge

The Phasemation PP-Mono is a monaural cartridge developed for serious analog listeners. It builds on long-term cartridge research to improve both clarity and bass weight. Newly designed magnet system

The PP-Mono uses a newly designed magnet system that improves efficiency and resolution. It uses a 0.65 mil stylus tip radius for accurate groove tracing. In addition, it uses a lightweight and rigid aluminum pipe cantilever, which improves tracking of mono signals. Therefore, it achieves clearer sound and better spatial impression than conventional mono cartridges.

Strong and rigid body construction

The cartridge uses a stainless steel base and a duralumin body for high rigidity. In addition, Phasemation applies a DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating to reduce vibration and increase structural stability. As a result, the cartridge maintains stable performance with low unwanted resonance.

High-quality inherited materials

The PP-Mono uses proven audio materials from Phasemation’s PP series. These include a samarium-cobalt magnet, 6N oxygen-free copper coil wire, and a pure iron coil bobbin. Because of this, it maintains strong signal purity and consistent tonal quality.
