SSC Magicpoint 100/200/300

The brand new SSC Audio MagicPoint isolation pucks have been designed for very high-quality, heavy audio equipment, home cinema and speakers. The development of the new SSC Audio Magicpoint appliance foot with magnetic technology. This new implementation of the suspension string concept allows for a higher weight load and ensures a significantly improved resonance control pattern. The vibrational energy generated the audio equipment the Magicpoints are sat under is dissipated to a much greater degree than the standard Netpoints. Can result in sound traits which more noticeable in terms of speciality, sound staging and dynamic realism. The construction of the new SSC MagicPoints starts with a high quality housing, made of anodized aluminium in which the SSC string suspension element is mounted with two rare earth magnets, each aligned so the poles are acting against each other. The SSC Audio MagicPoint 200 can be also used as Puck, as a screw base with the enclosed threaded adapters (supplied). With the SSC Audio MagicPoint, 200 the M4 threads are screwed in only a maximum of 3mm in depth, due to manufacturing and design limitations however this have not given rise to any issues when using the Magicpoints.

A great upgrade on the Netpoint series of isolation pucks, will help enhance high quality audio equipment with the SSC’s usual path only to a much greater degree.
