The Stillpoints Ultra Base is designed to enhance the performance of every Stillpoints isolator. In most systems, it should be used with any Stillpoint unless the isolator is already installed in a Component Stand or ESS rack. When added, the Ultra Base typically delivers a 20% to 25% increase in overall performance.

The Ultra Base connects directly to Ultra SS V2, Ultra 5 V2, or straight to a component chassis. It includes a 1/4-20 x 5/8″ set screw for secure installation. In addition, an optional 1/4-20 adapter allows mounting to the beveled lower section of the Ultra 5.

By increasing height, the Ultra Base can also improve airflow under components such as amplifiers. Moreover, it spreads the supported mass over a larger surface area, which adds stability in certain setups. As a result, vibration control improves and system performance increases.
